By registering for this project, you will receive portal access to the Developers’ current offerings such as; price lists, floor plans, incentives and more.  When you are ready to purchase a new home, the next step will be to submit a Worksheet to the Developer.  Worksheets are needed by the Developer in order to hold your chosen model for you and not to sell it to another buyer.

Once you have decided to purchase a pre-construction condo or home, you will need to submit a Worksheet to the builder. This is the first step on your journey to home ownership.
A Worksheet is your official request to the Builder asking them to reserve a unit for you. You will provide your information and will be asked for proof of identification.  All Builders require a worksheet to but it does not obligate nor bind you to anything. View it simply as a way to temporarily reserve a unit before it is allocated to another purchaser.
