Developed by Great Gulf in partnership with acclaimed architectural firm Teeple Architects, Four Eleven King Condos will be a mixed-use condo development. Slated for occupancy in 2021, the scope of the project is ambitious, with the complex built across three separate lots in one of Toronto’s busiest areas. According to the project’s developers, the final development will house some 615 suites in two high-rise towers, which will be connected via a podium walkway; the taller of the two towers is estimated to stand at 55 storeys.
There are currently no details about building facilities, suite sizes, configurations, or finishes, but it likely that suite finishes and amenities will befit the building’s location—and will be of the highest possible standard.
Four Eleven King Condos will stand on the south-east corner of one of Toronto’s busiest downtown intersections at King and Spadina. But it’s not only traffic that makes King and Spadina lively; recent years have seen a frenzy of building activity in the area with several high-rise condos making their mark on the skyline. And it’s little wonder why; King and Spadina is arguably the No.1 location in downtown Toronto.
For those living and working in downtown Toronto, walking is a way of life. However, on those occasions when walking isn’t an option, the King and Spadina intersection has immediate access to streetcars in all cardinal directions, making longer journeys throughout the city easy. Additionally, Union Station is a short walk away, giving residents unrivaled access to the GO and Via Rail networks as well as the Union Express and Billy Bishop Airport.
Situated at the western edge of the entertainment district, Four Eleven King Condos is adjacent to Chinatown, the waterfront, and the über-hip Kensington Market, granting residents an entire world of choice right at their doorstep. The entertainment district is famous for its theatres and culture—but is also home to some of Toronto’s most exclusive nightclubs and top restaurants. For sports fans, it couldn’t be any better with The Rogers Centre and the Scotiabank Arena just minutes away. There is a wide range of shopping options available, too, with several popular retail stores just a few minutes north at Queen and Spadina.
We believe that Four Eleven King Condos will become Toronto’s hottest condo development—period. To stay up-to-date on project details, pricing, and availability, give ATeam Condos a call today or register with us to receive regular updates.
